About
Compliance operations are broken. Not because the rules are wrong, but because the tools are: data is scattered across dozens of systems, work lives in spreadsheets and email threads, and the teams holding it all together are under-resourced and under-recognized.
We started Clusia because we believe compliance teams deserve better. Better tools, better workflows, a better day-to-day. But most importantly, we believe in championing the people at the heart of this work — the analysts, the program managers, the compliance leads who keep things running and rarely get the credit.
Clusia is building collaborative AI for financial compliance and payment operations. We help teams unify fragmented data, resolve payment issues faster, and manage obligations in one shared, no-code workspace.
Clusia is led by Reed Switzer, founder of Hopscotch, a B2B payments startup acquired by Avalara / Vista Equity Partners, and Nolan Hendrickson, who previously led engineering teams within Microsoft's Defender organization.
